quick post.

So... Im not even going to say how much I weighed this morning... I basically am going to consider yesterday a free day. After I get home from work, i'll take about a 1-2 hour nap, weigh myself, then post that as my weight for today. We didn't leave applebees till 12 so I ate REALLY late... I ate like 3/4 of a salad with ranch, yes ranch.... but I figured since I was being good it was ok. BUT I of course picked at everyone elses and that included like 3 cheese sticks, a bunch of cherry coke from brad... and brads chicken/cheese quesidilla... BUT Today will be better ;]

Starting off with my yougurt (60) oats(75) and blueberry (20) combo = 155

Lunch will be my diet shake: 200 cals

Snack before work: orange: 62 cals

Dinner?????? not sure what mom is making... may just snack on a couple pieces of turkey and a grapefruit? or carrots...

snack before bed: Tea with slpenda 5 cals

Exercise: bike to and from work twice total ~40 mins
and HOPEFULLY my 5k run
With my stomach being more empty this time, Im not too worried.
Total for today will be no more than 550.... I just cant let myself go over that due to yesterdays crap that I pulled lol.

  1. I hope today goes well for you! We all have to indulge once in a while, I believe it helps prevent future binges. Good for you for not letting it get you down about today!

  3. sorry ive been sorta absent. looks like you are doing good. and i kno tht your goal was to get to 165, but he look at the progress you have made. its possible for you to reach 155 next month. i kno a girl on here who lost 20lbs in one month!! if thts not inspiration...550 is a great number!! goodluck =]

    Dont worry about yesterday, we all have those days where we just need to relax a little and kind of "reward" ourselves for all the hard work of losing weight! Like on Saturday i let myself have a bit of milkshake at Red Robin because my family was having a little clebration. So good luck today! :)
