-Then after I gave blood I felt really faint, so I had two pieces of toast.(180)
Then... a little trail mix(basically nuts and rasins) (130)
a few elbow noodles plain (50)

(DUN DUN DUN strawberry short cake lol) but its not that bad. Whipped cream 2tbls = 5 cals so im gonna guess 25??

So dinner was only a combined like 260ish
Total for day= around 1000
Exrcise:
Bikeing back and forth to work :204
Swimming a mile: 274
=522
So its not horrible. I would love to be 169 tomorrow, I weighed in at 170.5 this morning so Im thinkin its possible :]

May try the fruit/veggies/water only diet... think I could use cutting out all bad carbs for a while

You're doing well, I need to start getting my lazy butt to the gym and exercising more :s.
ReplyDeleteThe fruit and veg diet is awesome for losing weight but it's extremely hard to keep up. It's also a great way to transition into a vegeterian, if you're into that.
