Legit is wayyy... legit

HAha yes I do over use the word legit :] Glad it brought a smile to your face though haha.

Ok so today... I am using as a free day lol. After over eating mid day, I decied to just screw the whole day and use Wednesdat instead of Saturday this week, just because I would rather have 1 day messed up then 2 :]
I think its a good plan!

Girls. I ate today. like old Kelsey would have lol. here's a list.. im not even attempting calorie counting!

Oatmeal
Blueberries
almonds
banana
fruit cup
turkey
cheese
mustard
gordettos
2 pieces of toast
watermelon
tuna noodle salad
chips
part of a kit kat bar
gum
frozen chocolate malt (gas station style) lol
piece of beef jerky

LOL I mean... it was spread out and sould of been worse I guess BAHAHAHA....

OK! So I am stealing this idea from a fellow blogger, but I think it will help. Making an hourly plan for tomorrow.

8:45 - wake up
8:50 - quick ab workout
9:05 - breakfast
9:15 - get ready for work/ drink water
9:30 - ride bike to work
9:45 - 1:00 - work
1:10 - shower then ride bike home
1:30 - get ready for appointment/lunch
1:40 - call in refill for prescription
1:45 - leave for appt
2:00 - appt
3:00 - pick up prescription ( hopefully wont be on any more! )
3:30ish - nap before work/snack/ schedule advising appointment at school
5:00 - ride bike to work
6:45 - swim laps. At least 1500 yards
7:30 - ride bike home
7:45 - shower/eat dinner
8:30 - Brads??

And that basically my day.
The gym may be thrown in. But considering im still sick, I think my exercise is fine as long as I eat well. WHICH IS THE PLAN.

I may not post my weight tomorrow... lol I mean, today was 169... anything above 170.5 will NOT BE LEGIT lol

Food Plan!!!

Breakfast!
cereal with blueberries and milk!
100+20+45 =165

Lunch!
10 Cherries: 40 cals
Turkey: 60 cals
Mustard: 0 cals
carrots: 30 cals
130

snacks:
8 saltines: 96
small grapefruit:64
160

Dinner:
diet shake
some pickles? lol
250

daily total: 705 (unless mom makes something REAL good for dinner)

Exercise:
Biking (40 minutes): im gonna give it 300, I got lower and higher quotes from def programs
Swimming (swimming moderately for 45 minutes):461
plus whatever I burn with crunches??

Total: -56

We'll see if this actually works out lol
If it does, I think it would totally make up for today ( I HOPE ) My goal of 165 for June is looking rather slim. I really just need some one to get on here and kick my ass back into shape. Like call me a fat ass bitch who has no motivation or drive and is a lazy piece of lard lol... do it.

ALSO. At my appointment... it's basically a screening for STD's hey, better safe than sorry right? Don't judge lol. I have to "give them blood" So im not sure if they'll have be eat something before? But since I just ate lunch I should be fine. AND I think my caloric intake for today should hold me over haha :]... But i will obviously eat it since I passed out last time I gave blood haha

Alright everyone! This plan will work :] I technically have 6 more weigh ins till I am supposed to be 165, I think I got all of my crazy cravings out of the way today, so Im hoping its a straight run home from here!! This weekend, im not drinking and if I go out ill bring carrots with me in a little baggy, and maybe some diet coke. For everyonw out there who cares, all I EVER drink is water. The diet coke thing is new. Once in a while i'll throw in a propel or Gatorade, but only because my dad buys them and I feel bad haha

I think I had a good "recovery week" to kick my metabolism back up! So, back to losing everyday!! Im feelin it :] 165 HERE, I, COME!! WOOO HOOO! will be taking a pic of the scale when it says that... however, tomorrows reading WILL NOT GET ME DOWN!

AND if you have any ideas, diet wise for the next week for me, let me know. I really can't just fast, due to work and the fact that I MUST be alert and awake haha
I MUST lose these last few pounds, its only 4 pounds of from this morning, and I have 8 weigh ins, butttt, I would love anyones input :]

  2. hey you were good until the chips. =] maybe for one week just do fruits and veggies only. salads being your basic meal. you can use vinegar as a dressing, but no oil. or you can have oatmeal as your basic meal-half a cup of natural oats with 1 tbs of honey and thn the rest of the day your snaks are just fruits and veggies.

    oh wait. I forgot, you dont exist. The only person I know to write on this blog is the beautiful lilah lee, who's positive attitude and commitment is an inspiration to everyone, and who is definitely NOT a fat lard!


    ok, lighten up. So you're not losing as fast as you were. Do me a favor and look back up at your weight loss tracker. YOU'VE LOST 14 POUNDS! I would kill for that. You're doing awesome, don't be so hard on yourself.

    Plus, this is a judge free zone, so don't feel bad about anything, especially the doctors appointment! lol

    And btw, I've been following about the same diet as you, around 1000 cals a day or less, And i've been losing alright, but I got wayyyy off track for a few days and thought I was gonna gain like 20 pounds, and I ended up LOSING. Maybe our bodies are in starvation mode. Idk, i'm too afraid to up the calories to find out lol

    anyway, I haven't commented to you in a while, been too lazy to get on here much, but i miss you and i'm STILL proud! Please move down to Kentucky so we can be real life buddies! haha
