172 when I woke up, this is pretty sweet that i'm meeting my small goals everyday...basically a pound at a time. i woke up from my nap two hours late tho... I just feel so crappy...I htink i'm going to stay her and do crunches and free weights and then maybe go run outside tonight, or go on a bike ride around the park.
My cramps are so bad that i'm not even hungry... I don't know why its sooo bad, its never like this anymore lol
But, I think i'm going to go eat some dinner soon, I really need to eat something if Im gonna be working out haha
