Well, after attempting to create a blog earlier out of boredom...and failing, due to blogspot not working on Firefox?? wtf? anyhow, I switched over to safari and now its working :D

So what have you guys been doing???
I'm so interested to hear!

I'm am seriously like the most pathetic person I know tho....
1.) Due to my insomnia it is now 2:44am and I am WIDE awake...
2.) I spent around 7 hours today reading blogs.....7 MOTHER FUCKING HOURS...
is that in anyway normal??
3.)My main thoughts right now revolve around: a.) waking up in the morning and weighing myself and the joy is will hopefully bring me. b.)THIS DAMN BLOG SITE, I just love reading all of your blogs AND to make things even better!! I know have a whopping 5 followers! lol You guys have no idea how happy that makes me...


OH AND BEST IDEA OF MY LIFE!!!!

Homemade popsicles: Made in a plastic popsicle maker thing.
1 cup lite cranberry juice
1 cup water
makes 4 popsicles
10 cals each :]

why am I just thinking of this?!?!?!
I love how they last foreverrrr, I think I have some kind of oral fixation to food? lol


...on a bad note...run didn't happen. i was cold...even thought I have many layers of fat, and it was 60 out. FTW?!

hmmmmmmmmm, I wish this blog was more personal, like we could all communicate more closely together? idk....

also...only drank half my cranberry juice/water combo...so down 10cals, not that it matters too much.....


I have created a plan for tomorrow's eating schedule:
Breakfast: cereal with milk 150 cals
possible snack: popsicle 10 cals
Lunch: oatmeal with blueberries somewhere around 170 ish
Possible snack: italian ice cup 100 cals or maybe a hard boiled egg, we'll see
Dinner:we'll see what mom makes...basically small portions of everything not over 200
uggg possible snack: not over 60

Grand Total: somewhere around 690ish... ehhh I'll take it

Exercise plan:
run 1.5 miles ~192
bike 10 miles ~300ish
weights ~40?
crunches however many in 2 minutes ~ what like 10cals maybe??...probably will do more
Total out put= ~542ish
ehh I'll take it...


But on some real shit. Am I boring you guys to death?? PLEASE LET ME KNOW....
I feel like I maybe am....

    Well done you! your really getting into this arn't you, I usually stick to sorta rd the same cals per day 500-800cals and so far its been working for me :)
    I'm so much more motivated by the AWESOME support we all have going on here and those Homemade popsicles sound luuuvly :)
