Bring on the Ice water???

Ok, so Elora talked me into doing a liquid fast with her today :]
I really want this to work, due to the fact that I won't be able to Sunday, AND I basically binged on pizza last night.

2 pieces, and some cheese bread so not THAT bad but it was REALLY late, like 1130... and I gained a pound from it today. BUT I know Ill lose it if not hopefully more tomorrow.

WHY do my parents always decide to go shopping on days I want to liquid fast? WTF... lol
But I think it's going to be more like my semi one I did last Saturday.
Im going to stick with
- a shit ton of ice water
-fruits
-veggies
-more water
-possibly yogurt
-tea
-low cal drinks

None the less I should HOPEFULLY be down to 167 flat tomorrow?!?! I REALLY wanted to be 165 but I keep slightly fucking up. I know I could have hit 167 today... BUT its too late to change that so its all good.

SO NO CANDY, NO BREADS, NO PROCESSED FOODS

soooo... Im going to eat a yogurt... its like 120 cals... but Ill burn that off EASILY later...

And some fruit...

Todays going to be good.

Its been 12 hours into the "semi-liquid fast" but I was sleeping for a few of those haha but I haven't ate anything so thats good :]
