SO hopped on the scale after work. 169.5?!?! WTF
ALL I ate today was fruit and water... and a little yogurt...
now im eating veggies... wtf.
Wayyy under 500 for the day...
Stomach hurt throughout all of work, didnt eat a thing between 12 and 5....
I can't lose weight....did the pizza really fuck me up that bad??
should I stop weighing myself everyday? Should I just not eat ever again?... should I go back up to like 1000 cals a day? And hopefully lose weight, just at a slower pace?!?! I don't get this... the first 14 pounds came off so easy... now im just stuck... there is no way in fuck i'll be eating 500 cals a day the rest of my life and just maintain?!?!

what to do what to do... I guess I can really only go by the scale tomorrow... this is so frustrating. how do you gain almost 2 pounds when I didnt even eat a pound worth of food?!

This is exactly how I felt the other day when I went from 222.9 to 226.2 in one night when I ate under 500 calories that day. . . buuuuut Snave shared this site with me. www.caloriecount.com and they average out your weight and show you the "trend" in your weight loss. Good news, even though I spiked, my trend weight was still going down. It made me not want to punch myself in the face lol.
