Cedar Point :]

SO basically Cedar Point was amazing.
We probably walked like 10 miles the whole day, no joke.
We bought all the food previous to going, and I made sure it was all the "healthy" alternative, just so I would save a little bit of calories.

Example:
Bread: 35 cal a slice vs. 90
Cheese sticks: 50 vs. 90
Turkey: lean. healthier version lol.
Cheese puffs: 3 cups is 170 I think?? So a lot better than potato chips.
Grapes... lol
And we didnt buy any food in the park!

So overall it was good.

I weigh 165.6 this morning on one scale and 165 on the other. The weird thing is, the one that has been saying lower, is the older scale that I was using, and it was always a lot higher than the other one??? idk... haha.

But My goal to be 163 by Saturday still stands.

I know my goals have been pushed around A LOT and i'm pretty behind, but as long as i'm still losing, even if it's slow, is okay with me. Plus, I think it's going to be speeded up this week :]

Brad is moving a month early to school because he got a job there, and as much as I really don't want him to go, Ill be able to focus on eating healthy and working out again.
I NEED to be 155 at the most for school. That's my realistic goal.
As much as I would love to be 149, I'm not sure if it will happen :/
I have over a month to lose 16 pounds if I want to hit 149.... so it could happen... but I won't be dissapointed if I don't, I will reach it eventually.

I'm going to post later, along with the pictures I promised.
Work is calling :/

I'm eating some grapes right nowL 75 calories, and its all I have ate so far. I'm trying to keep today VERY low. So wish me luck!

  1. I love the look of your blog, it's so cute! That's great that u were able to find all of those food alternatives that were better and less cals. I'm sure u lost weight on that trip! Congrats on continuing to loose weight, it's neat to follow your progress. :) love ya!

    Hiking burns heaps of calories, and its great you could sub the healthier versions of everything!

    Keep up the good work! Slow and steady is awesome! It means you are learning to maintain the your new weight as you lose it. Im sure you will get to 149!! You already look awesome from those lake photots! look foward to seeing your new pics!!
