I know I said I would be back tomorrow but I just figured why wait another day, especially when I miss everyone so much.
SO although I did eat much more than normally, when I added up the calorie count (yes I know I said I wouldn't do that) it was still under 2000 a day, which I was pretty proud of considering that's what I normal person eats.
I've been LIVING on fruit still, SO I know some of the weight gain is due to that and all the water. I was still 169 this morning though, so I didn't completely rip up my body :]
AND I only had one wine cooler and like 5 sips of a mixed drink at the part, so no hangover or weird "day after alcohol" problem.

I'm not going to go into detail about what I ate but lets just say it includes the following;
Pancakes
eggs
toast
jimmy johns
turkey burger
chocolate
lots of cheese sticks
corn on the cob
combos
chips
pop tarts
popsicles
Ice cream
...
So in all truth it could have been an entire binging weekend, but I was really calm while eating, and had normal portions, and i'm proud for that.
I had a July 4th BBQ in my back yard Last night so i'll show a few pics from that :D
I guess I'll be posting later, since blogger wants to be dumb right now and now upload them haha.
ANYWAY :]
This next week is going to be fun of lots of healthy eating and exercising. My restricting will be modified to a slightly higher level. I now know that when I restrict too much, it will only end bad. Also, since i am still os far away from my goal weight, I want to try and lose slowly and healthy, so that when I do get closer, i'll be able to intensely restrict :]
