Monday :D

Finally, Monday is here :D
Back on track.
Back to working out everyday.
Back to eating healthy.
Back to shedding the pounds.

Last night at the July 4th fair type thing I ate some chocolate ice cream and then burger king later on.

Will not be stepping on the scale till thursday?? Fuck, you am I kidding, I'll be on it later haaaaa Won't actually consider it till thursday tho.

OH and i'm back to using my newer scale. I think it actually may be more accurate. It weighs by .2 so I'll be more aware of my weight loss (or gain) and it's the one I have to take to school in August so might as well get used to it!

I'm eating special K with strawberries in skim milk right now. This week (and possibly next) I'm really going to focus on just plain eating healthy and eating normal to small portions. No measuring cups or scales will be used for food untill I lose 5 pounds or hit 160 i'm not exactly sure which yet. I REALLY want to lose the next 10 pounds in a more healthy way so I don't break down again. Also, I want to focus a lot more on exercise this time around and actually use that damn gym pass of mine haha :]

Oh... and I dislocated my knee again this morning... I'm not sure if you all know but my knees are fucked and they do that a lot so its no biggie. BUT this means I probably won't be running for a couple days so bring on the pool! and biking...

Also I have decided to cut out all red meats. So idk, semi-vegetarian? hahaha I'm only going to let my self eat :
Chicken
Tuna
Turkey

I think that's a good plan.

Uggg, Blogger still won't let me post pics! Guess I'll be attempting throughout the day!
