Gym, finally.

Gym stats:
run/ with little walking: 2.12 miles in 22:34 262 calories burned.
(hit the wrong button, fucked everything up then did this:)
run/warm down: .38 miles 4:43 40.3 calories burned

Bike: 11 miles in 30:30 230 calories burned
Total burned:532

So not where I wanted to be at... but thats what the machines said so im going with it.

After the gym net intake for day=
118 + -532= - 414

now im eating my tuna: 140 calories
Net: -274

So today is a good day.
After running with shoes on I weighted 165 (on their scale which is like a super updated doctor scale) and then after biking I weighes 163.8 with shoes off but clothes on.
Came home and weighed 164 flat. :]
SO I get to mark down another pound on my goal list.

Not much going on today.
Eating has been very controlled lately which makes me extremely happy.

Thanks for the recommendations on the stretch marks, ill have to try the pill thing Laura.
Or possibly the Mederma? we'll see. they aren't horrible yt, but I feel like if I do lose 30 more pounds, they will get a little worse!
