Thank god this is still happening.
I'm nervous that one day ill wake up and be 169 again...
I wanted to be 163.9 by tomorrow morning and now I kno that its easily possible.
I found my water bottle that holds 1.75 liters, so my new goal is to drink 3 liters a day.
I'm driving myself to the gym in a couple hours. This is the plan, minimum.
Bike: 10 miles (16k ish)
Run/jog/walk:3.1 miles ( 5k )
I'll do 250 crunches at home( I hate the gym floor lol)
and either at the gym or at home: free weights, arm work out.
~ calorie burn: 977.
I'll add up what the machines tell me to be around exact... then Ill add up the minutes I do the other two for.
Who knows, maybe if i'm feeling completely up to it, I hope on the elliptical as well!
So it's 12:26, still haven't eaten anything, not sure what breakfast/Lunch will be I'm thinking 3 egg whites and 2 pieces of toast. That way I get my protein and carbs for the gym.
Nutrition on eggs: 48 calories, 12 grams of protein
Bread: 70 calories
Total: 118
Lunch/ snack/early dinner: will be a can of tuna fish: 140 calories, 26 grams of protein.
snack: 2 rice cakes: 100 calories
dinner: chicken.. around 150 calories and yogurt (60)
snacks... no where over 200.
Total: 768
so my day will be around -200
So if I do go out with friends tonight, and eat a little bit, Im not too fucked over.
Plus, I think I may start writing things on rubber bands, like my next goal weight and stuff.
I think I haveto have a Dr. appt in August to get my birth control refilled. Last year I weighed 171 I think? and last time I was there it was 184... So If Im in the 140's they are probably gonna freak... cool.
BUT ill probably be high 150's, so it will look normal?
Last time I lost like 15 pounds the lady was like " wow, you lost a lot of weight" (she's really nice, but really overweight too) I go yeah.. stopped eating Taco bell everyday! haha
Any tips on lessening the appearance of stretch marks?
I have sooo many due to how quick I gain and lose weight....
I have a cocoa butter lotion I use daily, but it doesn't seem to be helping.

i had surgery a few years ago and had really bad scars right after, and i tried using mederma and it seemed to be working, but it made me itch so badly! so i switched to using cocoa butter everyday and it seemed to work really slowly but it did work...and now you can barely see my scars at all. Try mederma if you want but i still think cocoa butter is the way to go if you ask me.

i hadnt gotten a chance to read your last post yesterday and i just wanted to comment about how i wish tht i had another girl friend too. one thts really super close. one tht shares my ed behavior. and you are doing great!! i am so syched for you =] and yes im sure your doctor may freak a little bit, but who cares. mederma works well, and like frenzy said cocoa butter does work over time. but wht i found is tht if you split the vitamin E gel pills open and rub it on, it works quickly too. E usually comes in fish oil. bite off the top and squirt it on. make sure to do it a few times a day and rub it in well.
