I got on the scale, weighted 171... I tried to make myself puke for like 15 minutes, didnt work, got in the shower, tried cutting myself with my razor on my leg, turned into more like a scratch, bearly any blood. But still, I haven't even thought of doing that in like 6 years...
I feel better now, and im back in control, I never want any of that to happen again. I think im going to go eat a normal snack/meal... Im going ot try and stay away from the scale for about a week and eat around 1200 a day. I need to be "normal" for a little while...
This weekend I want to actually have fun, and enjoy the parties. Starting next week, more working out, more food, HEALTHY food.

i'm ok with the purging thing because i do it myself and i find it calming (yeah i'm weird)
but the cutting is a no no .. don't hurt yourself like that, what were doing and thinking is bad enough ;) <3 HUGS
