Long day, hopefully an amazing week ahead!

So I have lost 1.8 pounds since this morning.... told you guys I ate a LOT this weekend haha. It's just nice to know that it didnt all stick!

I'll post my weight in the morning as my "current weight" and then from that weight, will figure my "actual gain" from my free weekend.

SO I have been doing a lot of research on gum chewing since i'm addicted. Basically it has been scientifically proven that you burn 11 calories an hour chewing gum. So basically if you are chewing a piece of gum that is 5 calories you need to chew it for 28 minutes to cancel out the calorie count! AMAZING. Also, the study said that if you were to chew gum for every waking hour of the year, you would lose 11 pounds in that year! So bring on the trucks full of gum! :D

I ate about 30 blueberries before work: 24 cals
added to total: 348 today... how did I do so well?!? shitt haha

BUT dinner is next and this is the plan
Half a brat: 135
ketchup: 10??
1/4 cup of pork and beans: 55
1/4 Pasta salad: 83 WHY SO MUCH!! AHHH...
whatev, total for dinner: 283
added to total: 631
nice!

Snack later will be fruit if anything.

No gym or work out today :/
Biked 20 minutes so I guess that is something??
It was like 95 degrees F today (35 C) So freakin hot.

Im pretty sure a sweated like a pig so I guess thats something? haha

  1. damn!! im half tempted to go out and get a ton of gum!! i ate wayyyy too much this weekend myself. as long as we do well this week, we should be fine. <3

  2. Dunno where you live, but I found green tea gum at walmart. It supposedly has "all the benefits of green tea!" and I know a lot of us are tea drinkers, so I figured I'd throw that in there. Plus it's calorie free!
