not 163 yet....

Hey yall,
So some of you may have seen the post I accidentally posted the other day... I was planning on logging every day, just not posting it till I hit 163.

Im still not exactly sure what im going to do....
I think im at like 166 today? I know I forgot? not like me at all!

However, I did start taking Green T diet pills, they're supposed to boost metabolism and burn fat... we'll see.

I have been eating... legit eating.
I'm not sure whats going on.
I have only gained 2 pounds over this period so I consider myself lucky... but still.

I just took 6 fiber pill things. That is the recommended dose so no biggie.

We'll see what happens.

I went to the gym with brad today... only my 4th time this summer lmao.
That puts me at paying $15 a session haha.... hopefully Ill be able to get that down to $4-$5 a day, which isnt horrible....

I tried running a 5k... But at 2.4 miles I felt like I was going to puke or poop or something... So I ran to the bathroom, pooped and dry heaved.... lol The biked 5 miles and did I few minor weights with brad...
So it was an okay day

Bread and egg whites for breakfast
"lunch?"
bagel thin: 110
2 rice cakes: 100
a few almonds...

then sinner was salad, potatoes and pork loin...

then my fam went to get ice cream and Brad and I got smoothies.


Hmmm

OMG!! Also, I have 30 followers :D :D you have noooo idea how much this motivates me :]

I went shopping the other day with one of my old friends... she's a size 0 FML she asked me what size I was.... I was like uhhhh 6 or 8?

I tried on a pair of capris at American Eagle.... size 6...I need to lose 5 more pounds and maybe i'll buy them :]

I decided that I don't want to buy another pair of pants unless they are a size 6 or 7.
AND they must fit good.
The 6's at AE fit, but they were not yet flattering, so I didn't buy them.
I have enough clothes to get by, so it really doesnt matter.

My goals are all fucked up girls, and I'm really sorry about that,
I want to be an inspiration to you all and not a wannabe or failure.

I'm going to try my hardest to work out everyday, and eat as healthy as possible.

I'm also not sure what i'm going to do about my other post I have been updating on.... I think I may post it once I hit 163.
I think with good focus and control I have the potential to hit it on Wednesday??
After the gym today I was 166 I think?? I really don't remember....
I should be 165 something tomorrow morning... and getting back to my 164 flat shouldn't be too difficult.

Sorry if Im rambling.

I REALLY need to catch up on blogs!!!
I think i'll try doing it tonight :D

  3. I bet its muscle but you'll get there! I'm close to 163 myself soooo close but I have to really work at it! I would kill for your height I would need around 5 more inches, I bet you have that model aura around you. Like I said before I am so excited to find your blog!

  4. i hate to break it to you honey but the green tee pills are bad for you.. they have something in them that can cause liver damage because it's way to much off the stuff or something but you are supposed to drink green tea just fresh that's fine
