So I got my period this morning... but still lost 1.2 pounds so Im extremely pumped about that!

Breakfast: 150
snack: 75ish?
lunch: egg whites and bread! (122)
total: 347
I may eat 3/4 cup of Chinese rice: 153

Either run 5k, P90X video, gym, or a water walking class :]
SO i'm going to try and keep today around 850.
I know that my body needs food to lose, and I think that's a pretty good number! :D
I'm really pumped that I hit 168 today AND got my period. These means I should lose even more once i'm off :]
I have no idea why I can't hit 163... that was my average last time I lost, and I actually was 90% happy about my self :]

SO! Just woke up before work, AND I weighed 168, exactly. MEANING that I am almost 100% sure that I will be back down in the 167's tomorrow :D As long as I don't fuck up tonight... which Im not really planning on doing!
Just ate a banana (85ish) and a rice cake (40) to hold me over through this last 1.5 hours of work! ALSO I have decided on doing the "water walking" at the pool I work at tonight. :] It's an hour of basically water walking, and my friend is teaching it and wants some company haha... basically its all old fat people. Great reverse thinspo let me tell you!! If I EVER got HALF that FAT... OMG.
SO i'm off to work!!!
