So I did the water walking class at my pool. Since I work there it was free, and since it's soooo hot out I figured hey, why not give it a try. So besides my friend that taught it, I think the next oldest women was probably 50? haha
BUT it was fun!
The water aerobics class that was going on as well had around 60 people!! Which is awesome that these overweight seniors are doing something for their health!
LET me tell you. That class was not a joke. I always under estimated these classes. However, at my weight I supposedly burned 302 calories during water aerobics, so i'm not exaclty sure how many water walking (running)

As soon as I hit 166 I'll post before and after pics, since the ones I have are at my high weight in October at 186, so a 20 pound loss!
Have I mentioned how amazing this sandwich is!!? lol... Go buy 35 cals a slice bread! and 25 a slice turkey!! :D :D :D

1) yeah i always made fun of those old ladies in water walking classes too, but i've heard their actually really hard! I will never make fun of them again :)
