Thursday

Hi everyone,
Thanks again for your supportive comments :]
There's nothing I love more than waking up to either comments for you all, or reading your blogs :D

ANYWAY I was at 167.5 this morning, which is down from yesterday, but its still equaled to my lowest. I REALLY wanted to be at 165 today, but thats okay, I'll be there soon!

Meal plan today:

Breakfast:
take a wild guess lol
Oat..yogurt...blueberries haha which I found out is actually 5 calories less than I saying haha so its eactly 150 :]

For lunch, if I'm not too lazy i'll make some eggs. Basically because I have been getting little protein in my diet for how much i've been running, and eggs aren't horrible for you. I'm going to try the whole egg white only thing, so two of those is 32 calories (8g of protein)
And MAYBE a piece of whole wheat toast? +90 and a banana? +90 =212

Snack: orange: 62

Dinner...: mom is making porkchops... I may eat like a sliver... I'll weigh it out... BASICALLY they are getting crazy suspicious due to the fact that I have denyed 3 of my favorite meals including ribs, marinated chicken, and steak....
3oz of pork chop is 97.5 so Ill eat that and then whatever vegetables, probably a salad.

Total will be around 550ish... then I'll drink tea again...
