ummmmm WTF?!? I DID IT???

I got home from swim lessons... my stomach hurting like crazy telling me it needs more food... hop on the scale..

163.4??!?!?!! So then I tell my self it was impossible for me to lose .8 pounds in a couple hours... so I hop on it 2195730 more times, in 83258942 different places... YUP! stayed the same! Maybe the green tea pills are helping?? or maybe the poop did it lol

So then I got on my old scale, which read 164... this one is always a little more and only goes my .5 so I guess this is my weight?!?!! ok

SO at lessons today a little girl gave be a box of dots and a $5 gift certificate to an ice cream shop haha. What a cutie... well Im thinking this is amazing and bad at the same time haha

SO I ate a few dots, not over 100 calories... they were very good, but I know I could eat another kind of candy and a lot more of it for the same cals.

Alright... I think we're going to the gym tonight! and possibly not applebees!!! :D

But it's still a possibility..

Im going to eat a little now... mom just went shopping so its all healthy....... that way ill be good for the gym, and then apple bees if we go... which will be at like freakin 10pm! But i'll take my fiber pills too...

OH and my friend at the pool today told me I look like I lost weight ;]
It's funny because she has one of those naturally bigger shapes and was telling me how her friends compares them even though she is HUGE... and My fried hates it because she works to maintain her weight... but before she said that I watched her wat a huge burger from wendys... and then she said someone is bringing her chicken nuggets....and then shes eating noodles at her boyfriends.... I don't think any of us would consume that in one day lol

ANYWAY!

I just ate this peach/mango salsa!! AMAZING!! only 10 calories per oz.!! and then chips of course :/ Now im eating an apple (80) so i'm still doing pretty good. I guess my goal for sat morning is to be 163 exact, hopefully 162.8 :D :D

  2. Firstly HUGS are in order! Good job.
    Sometimes in the morning, if I poop before I've "eaten", I weigh myself again after... sometimes it's down by like 1.4 pounds.... lol. I don't know how it's possible but apparently it is.

  5. amazing how much people can eat sometimes, yes? i'll never understand how my mother can eat breakfast at 8&then again at 10...congrats on losing. you're doing great. stay strong, little miss.
