So last night I had heart burn/sour stomach... whatever you want to call it... I think it's just from all the damn fruit I ate yesterday lol
I couldnt sleep since it hurt so bad, took an antacid and ate 2 pieces of bread... and it wasnt even my healthy bread! lol its 110 cals a slice fml... but one piece was the butt of it? not that that makes a big difference.
ANYWAY I thought I screwed everything up, but turns out, I was 159.2 this morning!!!
Im thinking that if I didnt eat the bread I would of been 159 flat (a new low) or even 158.? but it's ok, I still wasn't supposed to hit this til friday so Im happy
Right now i'm eating breakfast:
cheerios and skim milk and blueberries (170ish)
Im going to try and not count calories lol.... just be healthy? idk...
Also... Tim hortons... im sooo nervous but I think I can pull it off :)
I just cant go binge there like I usually do lol
Working from 9:45-12 and thats it today. The 1:00 hanging out with my roommate and getting a few things done for school..
I really need to clean and make a to-do list... Like ASAP
