I really thought I looked great today.
I mean not perfect obviously, but I was a lot less insecure.
I think I would have been 159 if I weighed my self right when I woke up, but since I was at Brads for the night I didnt have a scale.
I was 160.4 after 2 cup of coffee with creamer.(70??)
Then my mom took me to AKA sushi for lunch.
avocado rolls:140
miso soup: 40
Cucumber rolls: 110
then I pick at my moms stuff so ill add 70
Total for day:430ishhh
then I got a starbucks lite carmel frap: 150ish
bring my total to 580
I bought these little rasin packs that are 45 and im going to eat one right now :625
And then dinner??? 200ish maybe? 825
Im working out with brad... or without him lol we'll see
Ill burn 500 at the least so them my net total will be 325, plus I just went shopping with mom for 4 hours and we walked a lot.
She spent like $120 on school stuff for me. Im really surprised that she bought it all! It was all like shampoo, lotion, tampons, toilet cleaner... etc... I kind of feel bad, since im 19 and technically they only sign up for the 18 year package lol... BUT I guess I should milk them for as ling as possible right? haha im just kidding. They paid most of my freshman year at Michigan State ($23,000!!) and now im on my own, so this realllly help me save :)

I can't believe I move out permanently in 6 days! (well, that's the plan at least lol)
As much as I do love my family, living with them is just getting worse by the year and I believe im fully ready and mature to do this :)
Also, last night I was thinking about ab work out and what not. When I used to swim we would do 100 crunches a day, and then a little extra ab work ( and obviously swimming helped somewhat) but I had Verrry nice abs! ok seriously... if I spent as much time as I do on blogger do crunches a day... I would be ripped.
And seriously, just 10 minutes a day WILL give results! I feel motivated again :)
When we were at target I guess my sis asked mom for cherry Garcia ice cream? Then she told me I could pick out one too. But what do I do?? Pick up a 2 liter of cherry coke zero for $1 :) Super proud of myself! Also, after the sushi, they have a little bowl of free candy, and I didnt touch that either!
haha ok, Im just excited. Im SUPPOSED to weight 158 again tomorrow, and I really think I can make this possible. If the last few days of my goals aren't met, i'll def be liquid fasting for a day or 2. Isn't this pathetic what we do just to make that scale go down 1 number??
It's weird... We were at bed bath and beyond and I was looking at all the scale and was just soooo happy all of a sudden haha my mom was like you are sooo weird. I was like, but they are just so beautiful! bahaha... creeped her out a little :)
SO! gym tonight, then everyday for the rest of the week. These 3-5 pounds need to come off!!!!
Im thinking my diet is going to be 100% based on veggies nad fruit, it has to be. and some yogurt and what not.
I can not wait till I get to buy my own food. I was making the list and am just too excited :) Although I know a couple of my roommates will have candy and what not, it's a lot easier to eat my parents food that theirs.

I Just neeed to be no more that 157 when I leave or I will probably cry, pathetic right? But I just haven't been losing at all lately, I mean maybe very slowly. I guess I have been having some unhealthy days as well, and maintaining is A LOT better than gaining.
So I bought this gum, it says its 0 calories lol, so that basically means <5>
