Just got home from Brad's... did I mention we had to be at his house every night since Thursday? His mom is in South Carolina and his brother is on probation for spray painting dicks on a school lmao... so we had to make sure he didnt throw any partys? lol hes 15...

Anyway, I DID go to the gym last night and burneda total of 610 in cardio! and then some stretching and abs at brads latter on..
I ate 726 before putting me at 116, then we went and got ice cream, and instead of ice cream I got a chocolate covered banana! So that's awesome... lol, well better than ice cream I guess. Figured I would get SOME nutritional value out of it. so that's ike 200ish. so now im at 316 then we had popsicles (45) 361 and I had green tea with sugar 46 cals?? idk how much sugar... less than a tbsp... so im at 407 OH and two egg whites for protein :32 439
SO Im under my 500 intake :) Although I did eat some of that after 10 pm :/
I was scared to hop on the scale (im suppossed to me 158.? today...) With clothes on im 160.8 ewww so Ill be 159.? when I wake up....
I was going to work out this morning but turns out I have to be at home waiting for the damn guy to come fix our TV... Don't you just love how they give you a 4 hour interval??? lol

So before I came home I put this chicken and dumplings dish in the crock pot... so 2/3 cups of that is 200 so I need to save for that... so I get 300 calories, + whatever I burn off in exercise.
I have work at 1:15-5:00 today... Im really not sure what exercise i'll get in... I can def swim on my breaks but they're only 15 minutes so it's 10 minutes of swimming at a time lol

O well.
Ill figure it out!

Im not sure if it's going to be a water only thing or what yet... I have to drive to my college again. which is 80 minutes there and then 80 back... so if Im feeling tired I just drink Orange juice and coffee...Ill see what the day brings :)

Ill be back on in a couple hours and update this post with my weight...

  2. I love how they give you a 3-4hours interval & show up near the end of that time, or worse, after it. :/ Hopefully the person will come early in the interval for ya.
