Hey girls, sorry i'm not commenting right now. I actually have been reading every blog entry, I just have been so busy/tired that I cant get my self to comment at this time. I know in the next few days I will be back to par lol
So I weighed 160.2 this morning. I was pissed obvi lol.
But I did finish my Chinese rice last night at line 12:30 am... fuck college lol.
So i'm bloated as hell, freaking out about how I got HUGE after like a day and a half of normal eating... then, at the end of work, I started feeling nauseous... went to the bathroom... nothing happened. Im feeling even bigger, i'm wearing my belt at the same loop I did 25 pounds ago!?!
Then I come home, and TADA I get my period THANK YOU LORD! I thought I was going to spontaneously combust for no apparent reason. I wasnt suppossed to get it till Wednesday, so maybe thats why I didnt think about it? hmmmm
Todays intake was good. At least im considering it good:
Breakfast at 6am:2 pieces of toast: 80
orange juice: 100ish
snack at work: melon. (oh and a dinner roll) It was amazing.. I didnt think it would actually be as thick as it was :/ o well! (150)
Then I came home, had a can of green beans (70ishh)
and some rices cakes. French bruelle?~~ or something amazing? I had 100 cals of those
so im around 500 and its 3:34 pm.
This week and next, as im adjusting to school and work, Im not going to count as specifically as I normally do ( Or try not to at least! ) It's just adding a LOT of stress haha...
As long as im eating healthy food.. im not too worried.
Im also thinking of trying the BMR diet thing?
Like calculating my BMR and eating that manyish? and then working out?
I don't know... Im just sick of maintaing when I eat 600 calories a day... it's bullshit.....
I worked from 7am-2pm today, and actually did fairly well. All the people I work with are awesome and I guess my boss told Brad that everyone loves me :) So that's awesome too.
I only have 3 hour shift from 7-10 the rest of the week.. but it's welcome week... so that KINDA blows. But it's money :)

You being on your period may be the reason why you weigh 160. It's all from water weight and bloating.

hi. (: bloating always seems to be the problem everytime period comes for visit. just be sure to take care of yourself and eat a lil' bit more than usual(just teeny weny) so that you wont feel nausey. <3
