Sorry I haven't been commenting once again... I left a few last night but I am seriously sooo busy at work! I found out today that they REALLY like me and am moving me up from 2 days a week to 5 :)
My eating is ok. Iwould say fro a normal person it is considered a healthy diet, definitely a restricting diet for a normal person, but no where near the starvation ones I was trying before. I think i'm probably around 159ishhh. I'm still on my period though so I never consider this week a true weight.
My new plan for weighing myself is Mondays and Fridays. It's what my mom does, I guess it's to see your actual "weight" on Friday, and then Monday morning to see how much progress/damage you have done lol.
So even if I do decided to step on it, i'm not going to let it get to me unless its a monday or friday. As long as I'm maintaining and slowly losing, I'll be happy. I know that if I don't eat it will only increase my stress levels right now and that's the last think I need. I'm actually OK with my body right now. Not 100% happy. But know that I went to college weighing 14 pounds less than when I went into my Freshman year pumps me up!
Intake today
Kashi fruit/nut bar: 120
life cereal and milk: 135ish?
pear: 70?
can of green beans: 70
bagel thin and cream cheese: 190
trail mix: 200?
So 715? wow not bad at all. But like I said, total estimate.
It's almost 5:30 so time for dinner. My yogurt, spinach and carrots all froze lol... our fridge was set too high haha
I'm thinking htat today is probably in the long run a 1000-1100 day. Which I actually am going to consider great, since I'm trying out this whole "healthy" intake thing.
OH! I went to the work out room with Brad's roommate Kaelyn yesterday, and I LOVE her. She is soooo tiny! But she thinks shes fat haha... I guess her legs have lost a lot of muscle.. and they do look like they could use a little bit of toning up, but don't we all??
