So before work I weighed 158.4... I rode my bike there... drank water... rode back home early becuase we didn't have enough people for us all to stay on... and now I weigh 159.2? ok.. lol maybe i'm just bloated from riding my bike? idk..
All I drank today was the coffee brad made me which im putting at 60 cals?
And water...
It's 3:20 pm and i'm going to drink this diet supplement that showed up in our fridge lol
I guess my dad bought them? haha...
anyway... its 120 calories... I thought it would be chocolate but I guess it has cherry juice, pomegranate and blueberry juice? no fat... and 1500% DV of vit B6, 500% vit C, 275% niacin... lol
So im hoping this wakes me up...
Im going out to eat with the roommate tomorrow at applebees and im getting tomato soup and a small salad I guess lol.

For dinner i'm going to Brads and eating that crockpot thing... I guess Ill allow myself 200-300 calories.. we'll see how good it is. lol
I can stilll weight 158 tomorrow and be on track so that's what i'm aiming at!
Today intake will only be 480 at the most. and a lot of that was liquids....

I ate some tomato soup and 4 wheat saltines... so not over 100 cals. I also only drank half of that drink, so ill say 75. Total is now like ill just go with 250 so im safe on everything. therefore, I can eat 250 at dinner. Im going to try and make it an early dinner, and then hopefully exercise a little bit tonight.
OH! and guess what :) I'm at 158.4 today, and my 1/2 way point to my goal is 158.3! So even if I weigh 158.2 tomorrow, i'm over halfway there!!! :)
That little weight gain you had is just water weight. Your only weight you should believe is the weight you are in the morning after using the bathroom and before eating anything. Remember that!
