SO im not even going to post my weight today...
I am so freakin bloated, im getting my period soon and it sucks :(
For breakfast I cut up an apple and i'm gonna pray it holds me over for a long time.
i'm going to run 2 miles tonight, in bewteen writing a paper and studying....but, it will happen, I promise.
My goal for this week is to be able to run 2 miles everyday...
im not exactly sure if I'll be hitting this plan of 156.8 which really sadens me... especially becuase like a month ago I was 154.2, a whole month wasted.
But! It's suppossed to go up to 72 today, so I am definitely planning on having a good day :)
Lunch will consist of a ton of veggies, my work snack will be tea with honey and splenda, snack after class will be a special K bar, and dinner will be either brussel sprouts or broccoli.
Daily total of < 500
Apple=100
tea=20 (honey)
veggies=20?
special K=90
dinner=150ish
any other snack will be veggies or fruit, I do have some cherry tomatoes in my fridge, may pick up a banana at work for energy..
but yea around 500ish should hopefully put me to 159 by tomorrow... oh and probs taking a laxative tonight if I don't poop today lol

I thought I was one of the only weirdos who actually likes Brussels sprouts. They're so good!!! Especially with Oxo gravy on them...
