I NEED to be less than 164.8 on Friday Morning.
If I just focus on drinking tons of water, and only eating fruits and veggies...i'll be fine...
I wish I was as determined as I was this summer.
I could eat 250 calories a day and be fine....
Hmmmm water and Ice untill I can't do it anymore.... If I eat over 500 I have to work it off... I like this plan I think...
My belly is pudging...
My friends said I looked skinny last night.
However, I am like 13 over my low...
But I am def smaller than I averaged last year when they knew me lol.....
WElp I am just rambling on and on...
