im thinking if I eat a ton of veggies... 3 ribs and a few fries I will be fine... Ill chug on the water too...
but as long as i dont eat anything else... ill be fine :)
my family got pizza last night and I didn't touch it.
However, Brad and me hung out and talked last night... and got taco bell lol.
so that is basically equivalent to the pizza...
crunch wrap supreme: 560. the fuck. lol
its cool tho. I'm pretending like last week did not happen.
today is under 800 and ill be fine.
Starting monday morning im going to weigh myself every morning and take/post a picture of the scale. I did that before when I hit my goal but I have seen a few people do it every day and I think that it will be extremely motivating :)
My dad took me out to lunch yesterday while we were discussing the purchase of my car...
I got a bowl of broccoli and cheese soup and 1/2 a Cesar wrap so that was a pretty good choice... especially since my dad went there so he could get the burger and fry special... but he even said that he should of replaced it with a salad lol
so yea... this corn bread is amazing... im thinking grapefruit at 4ish?
whatever... im praying for 163 or less monday lol.
I laugh at how I wanted 159... but i will get there... I just want to be back to my 154.2 low my christmas... that's all I want for now :)
