...well kinda lol.
now I realize how I lost so much weight over the summer.
I was either at work... where there was only the amount of food that I would bring. OR
sleeping. which is what I did all day and therefore my intake is still at 1 piece of cornbread and sunny D <170
so. it's 6:45 and we're going to eat dinner around 7:30.
so it's kinda late and I really wish I could just go back to sleep lol...but, they're making my favorite foods, for me... if only my parents would realize that I would rather them save their money and just not eat haha... obviously they love ribs too.. but still.
This is how strong I was last summer: I skipped out on ribs and steak in the same week... go me.
I hopped on the scale and according to that piece of shit I have lost .5 pounds since wed morn. which is freakin awesome lol. however, the scale only goes by .5... and is always too high...
believe me. If you have been reading my blog forever, you will remember when I weighed myself before doctors, with clothes on, with shoes on, and every other possible way, went to Dr.'s and weighed the EXACT same as my scale up at school. so that's how I know it's perfect :)
so like I said before... If I'm 163.? or less on Monday morning, on my scale, I'll be ok with it.
I'm not really planning on doing much eating tomorrow... I'm leaving sometime in the afternoon to head back and I have like zero food at home..
I am going to go shopping just because I know having no healthy food just leads to me eating roommates unhealthy food lol
but before I go home for Christmas break (the 17th) I want to be 159.
that's the goal and it really should not be a hard one.
when I come back from break (Jan 3rd) I want to be 149.
I think that it is perfectly possible.
I'm going to New Hampshire for the last week of my winter break... will have no scale and have no idea what we'll be doing for food... since its a group volunteer trip.... but i'll try and keep the food low and may play off that i'm a vegetarian... or maybe i'll say vegan lol... they will probably be pissed.. lol
I have some cranberries left... If I dont eat those tonight... those will be part of tomorrow... along with grapefruit lol.
I have like 4 zero cal drink in my fridge up at school still... so those better last me a while.. and most of a 2 liter of diet rootbeer here... will be taking that up as well.
So I didnt text Joe all day lol.
he texts be at like 4:10... and there was a smile face... that's good right? bahaha I was sleeping so just texted him back....
but haven't heard anything yet lol.
tonight,... I think im just going to do laundry and shower maybe? I sort of wanted to hang out with someone... but i'm not sure what i'll do yet...
staying home is probably the best option... no fast food lol.

Lol, I remember when my family went vegetarian ... my aunts and uncles would bring containers for my sister and I to stash meat in to take for lunches the next week, at every family gathering. Hi-larious.
