so its not horrible I guess.......
but could be a lot better.
It was suppossed to be.
I kind of pumped up for the in between thanksgiving and christmas..
Im going to go shopping when I get back and get low cal foods and make it my goal to be like summer again :) when I would easily have 260 a day
I have some healthy things from work for later tho.
it's 3pm and what I have left to eat today is: veggies, 3 more sushi rolls, 2 bananas, and some coke zero...
so life will go on... if I go to the gym and burn min 400 i'll survive...

I was checking myself out in the mirror at work in the bathroom... like I don't look horrible... I've been so much worse and I can actually deal with this...
I think my maintaining weight is suppossed to be 163 lol.
I always like stay around there...
I think I was 162 this morning...and that was after pizza last night...
but still...
If I can just get back to 154... I will be happy.
the 50's are so close...they should be here!
