damn it.

So I never worked out..
I ate a wendys salad with one of the dressings.... but it was pretty healthy..
I had coffee and hot chocolate... not too bad... but I did have 2 huge marshmellows.

I was gonna make ramen noodles... so the salad was a much better choice.

So it's not a horrible day....

I should lose tomorrow since it's not even 6 and im not planning on eating anymore...

god i need to get skinny...
My new "thinspo" is looking at pics of joe... is that fucked up? idk... it gives me motivation lmao.

Im going to do some free weights and crunches here in a sec... and maybe i'll just dance around... im gonna shower so i'll dance in there lol

I wish I could read Joe's mind... like, the fuck.
Maybe I just get too attached too soon?

uggg FML... I need a new hobby lol.

  1. ughhhh I had this huge ass smoothie from starbucks. like strawberries and nanas and orange juice. it was good though lol but I m too scared to weigh in the manana.

    OHMAHGAD I totally look at pics of guys I like/girls I hate to keep me motivated. it reminds me of the "real" reasons that I want to be skinny: so people can think I am skinny

    (I mean, I want to be skinny for myself first, but I want OTHER people to be like, damn, what a hottie)

    You were in my dream last night. You came to visit me and we were trying to have a protein-shake fast, but then we were kidnapped by this creepy guy who tried to trap us in his cruise ship. Then you took me to visit your family in this giant mansion that had its own water park. (This is what happens when I binge on dairy products immediately before bed.)
