Decent day.
Didnt eat/drink till I got to work at 10:30.
Had a cappuccino: 100ish
then a bowl of pineapple 60ish
for lunch I had a ton of zuccini/squash and I made these little turkey wrapped in lettuce and cheese.
Def should of left the cheese out....what was I thinkin? lol um around 300ish maybe???
I threw two away tho...
Ummm I had 4 of those damn liquid candy things too. total is only 68 cals.
Lots of gum allll day.
i did have a chocolate silk soy milk... threw half away tho.. 80?
SO total so far= 700ish? idk..
Im going to run and I think have oatmeal on my light toast for dinner so my net calories will not exceed 1000 even with toast and oat meal i'll only be at around 900 then subtract the run.
I went through my planner today and made random goals by event and then just one every week. it's lookin good so far.
Also, I made a few minor changes to my blog.
I put up my current weight in my ticker :( and also changed my starting weight to my high weight, that why I can see the whole difference in the end.
I posted a few of my new "goals by event" in the side bar as well, PRAY FOR ME!! lol
I know that if I can have days like today everyday, I will be fine and lose no problem.
I serisouly cannot wait for friday! Although I did pick up a double shift and babysit. I just REALLY want to weight 164.8 again!
When did this even happen tho? I was in the 150's forever!! goshhh
so I decided I want to meet my goal weight of 135 for my 20th birthday! What a better present to my self :)
Also, 149 for Christmas would be wonderful!
Those are my two main goal. The ones in between, like new years, valentines day, and spring break are just sort of to keep track of where I should be and can be loose goals.
ummmm yay! So under 1000 everyday and there is no reason why I shouldn't be able to hit these goals.
I'm going to slowly try and restrict more and more each day....But serisouly, today I am just pumped that I didnt eat a cookie or dinner roll at work! lol :)
