work work work
at work...not suppossed to be on my phone right now lol. im not really sure how to treat today yet at all. im thinking oranje juice and fruit for breakfast at work...maybe a little oatmeal after work....then nothing except maybe an apple when i get home at 5? hmmmmm. i guess no one has ever gotten obese from oj, fruit, and oatmeal before right?? hmmmmmm. i really want to work out today but i get home a little after 5 and get picked up at 630 for youth group....i guess i could run for 3@ishhhh and then shower....i promise ill try. ir worries be how my weight is always so up and down...def not a good thing.... but it pisses me off even more thinking that i was 154.2 and could easily be in the 140's right now, should be in the 140's right now....gerrr i need to meet some of u lol. im thinking that im just not gonna let myself see anyone till im 149...i mean like old friends....or go to state or kentucky...that way ill be pretty skinny....sad that the 140's will be skinny for me right?? im also praying that im 164.8 again tomorrow like my original goal...i dont come anywhere near 2000 calories a day....bearly over 1000 if that.....yet i still maintaining or gaining... haha whatever...ill be acceptably smaller by december. i promise :) back to work, love u all. lilah :)

Weight is such an unpredictable things sometimes. It goes up when it should go down & sometimes goes down when it should go up (too bad that doesn't happen all the time, huh?). Hope work & the rest of your day goes smoothly! :)

gahh. my weight won't budge. i was losing 2's or 3's every week&i've hit a plateau. at least we're trying, right? hang in there, little miss.

Your weight can change by 2 pounds every day so keep that in mind!! I was in the low 140's 8 months ago & I could be at my goal weight right now IF I had continued following my diet & staying away from bad snacks!!! So don't feel too bad, there are those of us who are going through the same thing :) The important thing is to keep trying because unfortunately weight is easy to gain but a pain in the butt to lose!
