I ate a shit ton of cookie dough.
took laxatives earlier but they dont really work on me sometimes....

shower, youth group at 7

I hope... I really dont want to initiate anything anymore because I want him to show that he actually gives a shit...

idk if I want to shower in the morning lol...
since im just working out... yea im not gonna. even tho Ill see Joe at breakfast..
I dont want to make a food plan because I always fuck it up....
im just gonna focus on healthy and lots of water
i've been layin off the pop lately so maybe ill let myself have a little of that haha...
