SCALE SAY WHAT?!

169,4?! wtf...

my mom and friends dont believe I weight that much ahaha.... 15 pounds up from september.... WTH and I have been working out soooo much! I think it's the late night eating that is getting to me.
That is stopping now.

it's almost 2pm here and I have ate oatmeal and coffee with 2 Tbls of fat free creamer (50) and 4 of whip cream (30)

so total is 240.

Dad is coming home soon and making a breakfast.... i'll try and just pick at little things.
I thought that maybe calorie counting could stop but it is obvious that it needs to happen again.... how did I gain so much weight?! well technically... I guess it's only 5 poundsish... but still all I do is work out...

muscle weight? I thought that took longer to happen.... idek!
but I am bringing the scale home with me this time, (oh im back in my hometown for the weekend, did I mention that? lol) and I am back to counting cals... it has to happen, and I NEEED to be 154 again....


so yea.... sorry for the boring posts and lack of commenting... I will catch up soonn... apologies for being such a horrible blogger...

  1. Sorry about the gain, but I'm certain you can lose it again. Good look with the calorie counting again, you'll get there.
