So motivated :)

So last night after I posted I ended up doing P90X :)
and then worked out at the student rec center at 7am this morning :D
I also have swim practice tonight at 7:30.
This whole getting into shape thing WILL happen.
Oatmeal with a few cranberries for breakfast.
fruit and veggies for lunch.
dinner... uhhh protein odwalla bar? hmmm
and soy milk...

I think that's good :)
snacks will be fruit I guess.
Oh! and I'm going to biggby coffee today with a friend who I swam with in high school.
Should be fun!

I hope you are all doing great and meeting your goals!
As soon as I get into the hang of things I will be blogging a lot more.
I don't have my scale with me at school... which is kind of bittersweet... lol

I am trying sooo hard not to binge... not to purge... not to use laxatives... and not to attempt fasting which always ends bad...
I want to do this healthy.
and I am going to force myself to do it.

Joe is dating this new girl?
I thought he had been hurt a lot by them... aha... maybe i'm just too fat... or there could be other reasons... it's cool lol.
But I still want to lose like 30 pounds and say told ya so :)
I'm probbaly like 165ish give or take... I'm hoping/thinking take lol.

Not too much going on in my life.... just class, which will probably murder me ahaha
but yes.
I know I have been saying this over and over... but the goal of getting back down to 154.2 is still the current goal.
and it will happen this time :)

  1. Good for you, going the healthier route! I'm into day 3 of a hardcore fast and I made the mistake of getting on the scale this morning. I very nearly hurled the scale out of the bathroom window.
