It ridiculous how much better I looked in September... I actually liked seeing my reflection in the mirror.
All I need to do now is re-learn how to be so motivated.
I'm working out in the morning and doing an intense swim tomorrow night.
I also need to go to the dr.s to get my leg checked out... i really want to run again but it just hurts too much. I think that I could possibly have stress fractures in my Tibia... but i guess we'll see.
I just do not ant any more food.

When I'm hungry food needs ot be a last resort.

I think i want to but some kind of metabolism booster...
jeez no more food for me.
I hope things check out alright with your leg, or that it at least heals quickly & feels better!
ReplyDeleteYeah i hope your leg gets better soon! Be sure to rest it so that it gets better you dont want any permanent damage! Stick to exercise that will keep you feeling better but wont stress ut your leg.
