June.

I just made a chart for june.
I'm putting my weight from 2010 on there, then my weight each day in 2011, plus a goal for every day.
Basically I just have to be 174 or less on the morning of June 6th and I will be happy.
Actually... I better be less lol.


Last year I FINALLY broke 160 on august 9th.
I'm determined to do that by July 9th this year.

I will start my junior year off below 154.8



I really think that if I make a chart like this for each month it will really help me stay on track.
That way I HAVE to enter a number everyday, and will be able to compare days, months, and be able to look back on them next year as well...

  1. Your chart seems like a good idea! I have an excel chart set up so I can enter my weight next to the day & then I have it set up to make a line chart. I def would rather watch the line go down then up. Good luck!
