Not going to post my weight until I hit 170. Anything above that makes me want to legit puke. lol In fact, I prob will not post untill I legit hit 169.8 haha... anywho i'm ay my parents and I hate their scale, very unpredictable... but I'll have my own in the morning... and when I wake up my boy will be over and then I go to run a 5K. What better time to start losing weight than now?
I'm also thinking of taking a pic of the scale again for everyday that I weight less than previsouly.... starting at 169.8 I can't bare to take a picture of anything higher.
I sat down and thought for a while last night... I have been trying to lose weight soooo much altely and have put so much time and effort into it... but then I always end up just eating soooo much or not caring for a few days, or think im doing something healthy which is actually not helping me in the least bit....
and now that classes are over I have NO excuse. I am going to give this my ALL. I work tues-thurs this month, os that's 3 days of fresh veggies that I realllly need to take advantage of. I work at 7am those days... what is your guys view on breakfast? Before work should I just eat something small? I know that it is better to eat something early on to kick start your metabolism but sometime I feel that as soon as I eat Im just constantly hungry alll day... maybe if I eat breakfast every other day? hmmm idk...
but yesss salad for lunch, and then if I work till 2L30 I'l eat oatmeal at my 10:30 break, salad at 2:30.... and then hopefully nothing till dinner at home which will be cereal or frozen veggies.... or maybe chicken?? we will.
Today I have yet to eat anything. I am supposed to go for a run but I just do not feel good at all. So Im thinking maybe just doing a few excercises around the house.
Work out plan for the week!!
Sunday: Run 5K (7am)
Monday: Swim 4,500 yard min (5:30-7:30pm)...depends on when Carey leaves...
Tuesday: Run 2 miles/ upper body after work (4ish)
Wednesday:Swim 5,000 yard (5:30-7:30pm)
Thursday:Run 5K/ upper body (4ish)
Friday:Swim 4,500 yard (11-1pm)
Saturday:Run 2 miles/ upper body wheneverrrIf I can stick to that... then I can do anything :)
I REALLY want to get my arms in good shape... If I can stick to running 4 times a week that should take care of my legs no prob, swimming 3x will def help...but not fast enough :P So upper body will consist of wither free weights in my room, free weights at the gym, push ups, machines at the gym....etc.
Sorry if what I'm writing is extremely boring... lol I just do not remember how I used to be so interesting haha... maybe it will come back someday!
I couldn't sleep last night, a mix between coffee at 1am and thinking about seeing Carey today and him meeting my parents for the first time...maybe i'll see if I can fall back asleep.
It's funny, when we're together we dont really eat that much....sometime we do get pizza tho... and let me tell ya, if we do that this weekend, MAX 2 pieces... and if we go to fast food.... breakfast will be oatmeal and or eggs... lunch/ dinner will be salad...
blah I think i'm going to sleep a little bit longer.
