So far so good!

Ok... so I know its only 2pm... but still.
All I have ate today is greek yogurt/honey: 140
and a banana: 90
Total: 230

If I can keep my intake below 600 today, I will be super excited :)

Im thinking oatmeal at my apartment: 130
putting me at 360, a little bit of popcorn with the boy: 400
leaving room for 2 beers :)
Actually we have PBR which are 153 each... :/ I wish my ad wasnt coming with to drive me back... I would have my mom buy me some MGD 64's or some vodka...

anywho... if I can keep it around 1000 each day this week I will be happy :) I really don't want to go into starvation mode like I did last summer... I would eat like 400-600 a day and not lose anything... which was def a waste of time and effort...

So yea! Bring on the gum and the water :)

I'll keep this updated on my intake! It's the only way I can hold myself accountable haha
I'm soooo excited to be skinny again :D
