Day 1= so far so good :)

mood: pretty pumped.
Ran: ~1 mile, little more
walked to gym
Biked: 4 miles

After I worked out I drank a recovery drink, 170 calories but 10g protein and all good ingredients. Pretty filling too.

I'm going to my boyfriends today and we're going to pick fruit, my idea of course lol and I'm super excited.  We're also going out to eat! So I'm thinking soup and salad... the usual when I'm being healthy haha.

I'm ready for this to become my new routine... or, more like recovering my old one haha.

I was 154 last september. no reason that I can't get back down and lower than that.

I think I'm going to really try and push for 135. I've always wanted to see that on the scale.

This was me in september around 160ish
so im even 100% ok to get back down there... lol

this is one of the most recent pics that have my whole body, I think I was prob in the high 170's here

good i'm sooo hungry tho.
I have no food that is healthy enough to eat... well I do have oat meal, but I have def abused that lately haha.

God... the people who work for my apartment just knocked on my door, scared the shit out of me... and i'm def sitting in my living room naked ahaha.
It's so retarded... they are allowed to just walk into my place whenever they want as long as they give us a notice... but of course the notice is like : We will be coming into your apartment between 7/20 and 7/30 between the hours of 8am and 5pm.... wow, thanks for the heads up.

ANYWAY
off to the shower.

    i gained weight too :( it freaking sucks knowing you were doing SO GOOD and now its just like blehhhh :/ bingeing is so awesome and horrible at the same time...
    we can do dis! healthy eating!!!!

  2. Good lizuch cause its easier to put on than to take off. Healthy eating is the hardest because fats nd sugars were so scarce in nature that when our bodies get a hold of them they want more (to much discovery channel)
    Um if you don't mind how tall r u? cause I look the same as you do at 170ish and I'm 5'10
