All I know is that I have to go work 8 hours, it's 6:20am and I'm taking nap later because it's Friday....
I would almost rather just eat less ad not work out.... for now at least.
I just want to wait till I have a massive plateau and then just work my ass off as the gym... hmmm.

I always would rather just eat less. But I can never trust myself to actually do that, so I end up eating a ton and not working out, then I gain.
