cool.
thank god.
was getting a little uncomfortable staying at that 177 for so long.
Boyfriend went back home.
Time to lose a couple pounds over this weekend.

Goal for Mon/Tues morn: 174.8
leh go.

Water fast on Sunday?
we will see.

If I hit 176 flat tomorrow I'll be 17 days ahead of my goals. cooo.

Eating less walnuts today... Think I've been eating a lot more than I though...sheeet. At least I'm losing though?


May Swim today.... may run?
All I know is that I have to go work 8 hours, it's 6:20am and I'm taking  nap later because it's Friday....
I would almost rather just eat less ad not work out.... for now at least.

I just want to wait till I have a massive plateau and then just work my ass off as the gym... hmmm.

  1. I always would rather just eat less. But I can never trust myself to actually do that, so I end up eating a ton and not working out, then I gain.
