25.5 hour fast :)

the only thing besides water that entered my mouth were:
gum
toothpaste
white strips lol
1 cup of coffee... maybe not even a whole cup lol

at 11 I broke my fast with my friend who is celebrating Ramadan!  haha how fun is that? she is actually a converted islam from Christianity. I love hearing her views tho :)

but I was talking to her earlier and told her about my water fast and she said, well let's break it together! haha so I waited till the sunset her time... in cali and it was perfect :)
I ate 5 brussel sprouts in italian dressing and red wine vinegar. little but did the trick :)
my roommates gf made them and gave me the left overs! So I didnt even have to waste a can of green beans! lol this was actually a different roommate gf than the steak last night lol
being in this house just makes me want to be so healthy!
AND the good news is that even after the sprouts I was still 182.4! so I am hoping for 182.2 in the morn :) which is actually in 5 hours haha...so I should prob go to sleep!!
I am SO excited to get into the 170's again.
AND the kicker is... I'm on my period! So I may lose even more once I end! which may not be for a while since my time of the month is all sorts of screwed up... any who..
I think i'm going to do more water fasts.
I love this sense of control and I think that doing it once a week would really help me with focusing.
just 24 hours including when I sleep.

Im not sure on the weight loss total from it.... but next time I'll pay closer attention... since I couldnt really weight myself at the start... and the start was right after steak and rice.. lol

anyway. Im blabbering I dont know how Im going to fall asleep tonight lol im just so hyped up

I forgot my tea at the apt tooo (sad face)

I really want to remember how the 180's feel because this is the 3rd! time i've spiraled back into them.... I was readingan old post the other day that said something along the lines of, "now don't go thinking there she goes falling back into the 180's" ha... and I did a few months later.

ANYWAY if I stick to this plan I will be 148.8 on January 1st 2012. giving me a BMI of 21.7 which is a 5.8 point drop from my high!

I know that going by bmi isn't always a great thing to do BUT according to the calculator I'm using, when I hit 171 I will no longer be overweight.
so I REALLY want to get there lol

and.. once I get below 174 I can give plasma and have to give less :) Not that i've ever actually gotten throught the process... that place is crazy and takes forever... but someday! haha

oh btw. I may not be on for a bit because the bf is coming tomorrow. I'll try and get a post in before he comes tho!
I'm trying really hard to be good at responding to comments but I know I've been so distracted lately. I've been really bad at reading everyone's blogs too :/ especially if they don't leave a comment here first. BUT that will all change soon. I promiseeeee. I usedto be so great at it and I know that one day, hopefully soon I will be able to be as consistent again. WOOT WOOT.
