I went home, well to my "old" home haha
got on the scale. 183.4? I think WHICH IS AWESOME well... more like expected I guess? haha
Then after moving some things, and sweating and what not. I weigh 182.4! maybe 182.6? haha not a big dif I dont really remembr because I haven;t ate in like 21 hours and am really out of it but whateverrr..so if we go with 182.4 that's 6.4 pounds! and that's basically in a week!
well... kinda... probably not lol when I came home last tuesday i was like 188-189ish but that was a LOT of food weight...and beer weight haha... BUT idrc because I broke 183 which was my goal for tomorrow!
On my iCal I have the goal for tomorrow to be 184! so I have def passed that lol but we all know that I have been saynig 183 for tomorrow, which I just broke. fuckkk yea.
hmm now that I look at my calender ( I put a weight goal in for everyweek) It still has be finishing at 148.8 for jan 1st 2012! so I'm just going to stick with those goals then :)
so the goal for tomorrow is 184.
then 182 the the 16th
then 180 for the 23rd.
finishing the month of august at 178.
so although I know that I will beat a lot of those goals, I'm just going ot stick with it because I know that in the months ahead it will probably catch up and the goals won't be as easy to get to.
Do you guys think that hitting 179.8 by thurs is possible?
That's when I'm going out on the lake with my bf's fam and it would feel super great to be back in the 170's!
It is less than a pound a day... hmm I guess we wil see.
I do work everyday till then.. .and I am SURROUNDED by food. it is crazy... I mean I do work at a cafe/market/cafeteria/convenience store...
Sorry I'm so excited about this... it's kinda dumb because I still weight so much and I was 154 like 10 months ago... ( damn has it really been that long?)
but it just feels great to finaly have this control back!

wait till around 9:30 to eat my green beans? that way I can say that I fasted for 24 hours straight.
since 9:30 I believe is roughly when I ate that piece of steak and rice last night...
I guess it's not a complete water fast wince I did have a cup of coffee this morning with truvia... but that shouldn't really count... idk.
or I could eat the green beans now, and that way I have time to burn them off before sleeping?
idkkkk lol.
or just not eat and wake up in the morn? lol.... jeeez
We'll see how it goes.
I'm on a starving high and really dont want it to end so I guess we'll just see!

i love that high! i am on it now myself! (fasted 56 hours already)...with more than just a cup of coffee though!
