it is seriously perfect.
food was decent.
banana for breakfast
we stopped at mcdonalds, and I didn't get anything.
then I had a bagel with ham and lettuce and tomato throughout the day
a few snacks here and there.
and mcdonals on the way back I got a slush and a fruit parfait.
Carey offered me fries and nuggets and I didn't ever eat once. super excited about that!
ummm I weighed 180.2 I think yesterday morn? so I'm hoping for 170's next time I get the chance to weight.
