K so I'm at 185.6 this morning. I think? my scale is horrible... first it said 184.8 then 183.8 then 185.6
So I'm just going with the highest to be safe.
I woke up yesterday at 189.2... so that's still really good... even though I know that was all food weight I lost, it still feels good to know my real weight.
185.6 puts me at a drop of 3.2! whoo hoo. slow but progress
This is how I look at my weight.
A Constant wave of up's and downs since high school.
2008 while swimming: 135-155
Graduated 2009: 165ish?
college 2009 171 then up to 186.
college 2010 159 low for a day, then stayed at 163 for a long time, back to 181
summer 2010 low: 154.2 stay in 150's for a little while and then slowly since september made my way back to here.
So the good news, I'm lower than my high my freshman year of college!
once I get under 181 I'll be below all of my "highs"
bad news is that this is going to take a lot of work.
But I am very ready to handle it. :)
Congrats on the loss! It will take a lot of work, but it is worth it!
