I just came home from work and weighed 186. so only .4 up from this morning which is really amazing since I ate: from the hours of 7-2:30
walnuts
nuts/fruit granola thing... just a few bites
fruit
4 cucumber slices
a few hardboiled egg pieces
cottage cheese
cottage cheese again
green beans.
It looks and sounds like a lot but I mean it is all pretty healthy...
I also did eat a ghirardelli chocolate square. I'm allowing me to have one small treat or candy a day that is 100 calories or less. this was only 77 so it's not that bad.
Then I ate sushi... now I'm up 1.4 more pounds... but its just food and water eeight.
I know that I have OCD problems with my scale... but if it's what its going to take... then what ever.
My plan for losing goes as follows:
I want to lose 40 pounds from my high.
and I want to do so by Jan 1st 2012.
By writing all of the month down and circling certain dates and the weight I want to be, I have averages out a weekly goal for roughly every week.
My main goal right now is to hit 179 by August 26th when I'm going on my Chicago trip with my bf :)
my mini goal is 185 flat by Friday.
I'm going to up date some goals and what not in the side bar :)
I'll post more of this plan later!
