was ok.
I've ate what I would consider pretty well.
I split a clif bar with a girl at work: 110
then had fruit,hard boiled egg, and cottage cheese, a few cucumbers.
then some fruit and soup @ 2:20
protein bar a couple hours ago
now Im eating this tuna box thing which is 230
For my treat of the day I had a skinny cow candy bar: 110
But with my cloths on right now i'm weighing 188 :/
So I'm hoping that it's just all the food sitting there...
I did take a few laxatives today but not as many as I have been, so that's good.
I may have a fiber one bar in a bit if I'm still super hungry
BUT I have to go becauseee I'm moving into my new town house! well, starting to at least lol
I also bought a new bed today :D
But I'll be on tonight of course :)

It's probably food weight. That's part of the reason why I don't weigh in after I have eaten. It causes a gain that can seem ridiculous. But in the morning you'll be back down. You didn't eat that many calories and it was a lot of healthy foods so you should be back down in the morning.
