weird.

I'm not even hungry and it's been 15 hours since I've ate.
154.6 this morning I think?
My scale has said anything from 183.8 to 185 but that number seemed to be the most consistent.
So that's .2 down from last night.
I really need to stop napping during the day and only getting 4 hours at night... that will probably help with my weight loss as well.

But I'm down 4.2 pounds now! And that's basically since Tuesday morn haha, since although it was mostly food, I was at 189.2? I just dont want to count that as my high because I ate pizza and other food so late the night before.

anywayyyys.
I'm thirsty and am going to try and drink tons of water today.
Also, I want to eat very healthy.

walnuts during first shift
bowl of fruit and veggies and cottage cheese maybe a little egg at my 10:30 meal then nothing till 2:30 which will prob be more fruit and veggies. I may just have one of their yogurt parfaits... just blueberry yogurt and blueberries... although it is a farily large portion and I have no way of know calories.... I've never heard of anyone getting fat on yogurt before lmao.

and then I'm not sure what I'll bring home for my dinner, which I'll eat around 6 and then that will be it for the night.  Im thinking one of those shaker salad things.... we sill see.
Or that tuna pack that's under 200? maybe both? idk.

but today should be under 1000 for sure AND I may get the chance to work out! It will have to be biking or maybe swimming tho because I have this huge cut in my foot still that hurts to walk on :/

Maybe if I work out I'll let my self eat the salad and tuna haha

Don't let me nap guys! I need a healthier schedule!!!

  2. Good luck with your goals!! Sounds like a good meal plan.

    Sometimes I wish I could nap. :/ But I can't sleep at night, so never mind randomly during the day. Mum says I stopped napping when I was almost 2. I feel very bad for my caretakers...
