So I haven't ate anything since the sushi at 3:30 ish.
Talked to the boy, then fell asleep :)
woke up at like 9:40 and I weigh 184.8!
1.) It feels super good to have dropped 4, it's 1 closer to 5 and I feel like you can't really say you lost weight till it's at least 5 lol. like really. who says whoo hoo I lost 2 pounds! lol... well at least when you're as tall as me...
2.) I loveee when I break 5 pound increments! anything with a 4 or 9 is always super fun :)
3.) This means that I have already reached my goal for Friday on Wednesday night! So the goal is to still weight this or less on Friday and things will be great!
4.) The new goal that I set is to be 183 by 8/10 now I know that I can lose more than these goals, at least now that I'm in the 180s and in the 170's but once I hit the 160's it starts to become harder so that's why I'm leaving some leeway, and it also feels great to accomplish these mini goals.
originally I said that I wanted to be 180 flat by the end of August. Then that changed to 179, now I'm thinking maybe 178.... depending on what happens in the next couple of weeks.
Here is the first two months of my weight goals:
8/5-185: reached on night of 8/3
8/10-183:
8/18-181
8/25-175
9/1-177
9/6-175
9/13- 174
9/20- 172
9/27- 169
So I will break 169 by the end of september! From where I am right now that is about 16 pounds in 2 months. 8 pounds a month, 2 pounds a week, 100% possible.
I alos got my fucking period today... which I wasntt supposed to get until next week? I think it may be because I missed 2 days then took 3 pills at once lmao... whatever. I just hate feeling bloated and I know that I retain weight. boo.
I think I'm going to finally become productive tomorrow:
work: 7-2:30
home by 3:30
I need to buy some packaging tape! then ship a book.
drop off loan info for my bf at the CC
then move a few things into my new place!
and clean a bit too.... lol
FOOD
for tomorrow:
walnuts probably... I just freakin love them!
10:30 break: fruit and veggies, cottage cheese, maybe some egg in a small portion
2:30 after work... not really sure. fruit prob, maybe soup or salad.
then nothing until 6ish I have this tuna and crackers kit.
80 for the cracker 70 for the tuna and 80 for the mayo, but i'll only use 1/2 so 40....
total for that is only 190 :) and its super filling.
I'm def going to be buying lots of tuna and greek yogurt this weekend when I go shopping :)
Anything else you guys think I should add to the shopping list?

2 pounds a week is TOTALLY possible in a healthy way! If you can find rice paper, it's a really fun low-cal way to change up your meals. If I remember right, it's about 30 cals a sheet for something the size of a tortilla to wrap things in. Mich found it at an (Japanese?) ethnic food store and I found it in the ethnic foods section at (Meijer) a mega-grocery store.
